Proceedings of Annual Zonal Workshop of KVKs, 2019, Zone-VII

      The Annual Zonal Workshop of KVKs (Annual Report) for 2019 under ICAR-ATARI, Zone VII-Umiam was conducted during 3rd -4thJuly, 2020 through Zoom Meeting App. The programme was inaugurated with the ICAR song followed by welcome address and brief overview of the programme by Dr. B.C. Deka, Director, ICAR-ATARI, ZONE VII Umiam. The programme continued with addresses from Chairman, Dr. A.K. Singh, DDG (AE), ICAR, New Delhi, and Chief Guest Shri Kailash Choudhary, Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India. The inauguration session was concluded with the Vote of thanks by Dr. A.K. Singha, PS, ICAR-ATARI, Zone VII-Umiam. After the inauguration, the programme proceeded with the Technical sessions.

      The first session was chaired by Dr. A.K. Gogoi, Former Director,ICAR-ATARI, Umiam. Co- Chair by Dr. H.C. Bhattacharyya, Ex-DEE, AAU, Jorhat. Member of Panel Experts includes Dr. R.K. Saha, DEE, CAU, Imphal and Dr. B.C. Deka, Director, ICAR-ATARI, Zone VII-Umiam. KVK Imphal East and KVK Thoubal were the Rapporteur of the session.
